What does Subber Pro cost for 2026/27?
Schools can use the full Subber Pro experience free during September and October 2026, with no card required. The 2026/27 Founding School offer is €149 excl. VAT after October.
What is the difference between Subber Free and Subber Pro?
Subber Free helps your school manage and contact its own substitute network. Subber Pro adds access to the wider Subber network when your own list cannot fill an absence.
Can schools keep records of confirmed cover?
Yes. Confirmed bookings are saved so schools can review cover history for admin, reporting, and payroll preparation.
Can schools send lesson plans and files through Subber?
Yes. Connected schools and substitutes can use built-in messaging on web or mobile and share lesson plans, class notes, timetables, PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and images.
How does Subber protect personal data?
Subber uses encryption, secure authentication, access controls, and private file storage to protect personal data. We process personal data in line with GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Acts 2018, with further details in our Privacy Policy.
Where is Subber data hosted?
Subber’s primary platform data is hosted in Supabase’s Ireland region. Other specialist service providers are described in our Privacy Policy.
